When templates are available for purchase, each purchase grants a single-site, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template on one (1) website. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used across multiple websites without prior written permission from Linnoa Studio.

Figma UI Kit License

Each Figma UI Kit purchase grants a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Files may be used to design websites for yourself or for clients, but may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as standalone design assets.

Design & Development Services

Services are governed by a separate written project agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

Payment A deposit is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing. Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the project agreement.

Revisions Revision rounds are defined in the project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees, confirmed in writing before proceeding.

Delivery Timelines provided are estimates and depend on project complexity, content readiness, and client feedback responsiveness.

Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement. Linnoa Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.

Intellectual Property — Website Content

All content on this website — including design, copy, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Linnoa Studio unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Linnoa Studio provides this website, its templates, its Figma UI Kits, and its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linnoa Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products and services.
